Here are the steps to login into the TP-Link Router Panel
Connect your computer to the Router with an Ethernet cable. After connecting, open your web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar (the default IP address of http://tplinklogin.net).

4) You should now be able to connect to the Internet through a wireless connection. Make sure you have your user name and password (if any) with you so that you can enter them when configuring the Wireless Adapter for connection;
5) Once everything is working correctly, run Command Prompt as an Administrator and issue this command: netsh WLAN set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=NetworkName key=Password
6) Please note that whenever connecting to a new access point using the same computer (connection name), you will need to rerun this command rather than follow steps 4-5. This can be done automatically by extracting the Set_wifi_network_settings.cmd file from folder Network & Sharing Center under Windows installation DVD. In turn, running this script in a Command Prompt window with Administrator privileges will properly set up your wireless connection to the new access point.
