Here are the steps to login into the TP-Link Router Panel

4) You should now be able to connect to the Internet through a wireless connection. Make sure you have your user name and password (if any) with you so that you can enter them when configuring the Wireless Adapter for connection;
5) Once everything is working correctly, run Command Prompt as an Administrator and issue this command: netsh WLAN set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=NetworkName key=Password
6) Please note that whenever connecting to a new access point using the same computer (connection name), you will need to rerun this command rather than follow steps 4-5. This can be done automatically by extracting the Set_wifi_network_settings.cmd file from folder Network & Sharing Center under Windows installation DVD.
